Once upon a time, we worked for a large commercial brokerage.  But we wanted to operate in a more cooperative, creative, and customer-service- orientated atmosphere.  So, we started our own boutique firm.  A place where the coffee is good, where talent shines, and where all our brokers work collaboratively to serve the needs of every client.  Because we all bring different talents to the table, we can offer an amazing breadth of service to our clients.

Stephen Ferrandi has over 20 years of real estate and related experience.  He knows construction, real estate development, religious real estate, office/warehouse, and land (of every kind).  We rely on Stephen’s industry relationships with engineers, attorneys, builders, developers, lenders, and investors to get things done for our clients.

Josh Halbedel holds a degree in real estate, serves as treasurer for the Urban Land Institute, and has been working in real estate since 2004 with experience in commercial sales & leasing of office, warehouse, small retail, and special purpose properties.  Josh has a knack for urban infill and adaptive re-purposing, along with a wealth of experience in real estate auction marketing, bankruptcies, and dispositions.  Josh’s years in restaurant management also give him the unique expertise required to buy/sell/lease restaurants.  (Did we mention that he spends his weekends engaged in competitive barbecuing?)
